- Shipping within India is INR 100 for the prepaid orders below INR 999 and also on cash on delivery orders.
- Shipping is free on purchases above INR 999 for prepaid orders.
- Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days.

INTERNATIONAL-
- Standard shipping rates are calculated as per the location and weight of items picked.
- Any custom charges has to be borne by the customer
- Our delivery partner is DHL & Aramex.
- Orders are delivered within 10-12 working days.

Cancellation: Can be done before shipping. Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable. Request via: Cancellation Link.
Returns: Accepted within 3 days. Report damaged/missing items within 24 hours. Must be unused and in original packaging. No returns on Rakhi unless defective. Sale items cannot be returned. Request via: Return Link.
Offer Products: No exchanges. Only replacements for damaged or missing items.
Refunds: Processed after return inspection. COD refunds to bank.
INTERNATIONAL
Defective Products: Contact us with a photo for a refund/credit note.
Cancellation: Cannot be done after shipping.
Returns: Accepted within 15 days at your cost (no shipping refund).
