Shipping & Delivery Policy

DOMESTIC- 

1. Shipping within India is INR 50 for the prepaid orders below INR 999 and all the cash on delivery orders. COD charges of INR 60 will be added to all the non-prepaid orders.
2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 999 for prepaid orders.
3. Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days.
4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at hello@ijewels.co.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL-

1. Standard shipping rates are calculated as per the location and weight of items picked.
2. Any custom charges are to be borne by the customer on delivery.
3. Any custom charges has to be borne by the customer
4. Our delivery partner is DHL & Aramex.
5. Orders are delivered within 10-12 working days.
6. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at hello@ijewels.co.in within 2 hours of placing order.
