Om is the most powerful sound of the universe itself. And the combination of red, green and gold makes for a vibrant rakhi set. The metal centrepieces are adorned with CZ stones and beads and tied with divine red yarn.

 SHIPPING: Ships within 2 working days from the warehouse & takes approximately 5-7 days for the delivery depending on the delivery location.

RETURN POLICY:  This product is non-returnable unless the product delivered is damaged or defective or is not as per the description.

 DOMESTIC- 

1. Shipping within India is INR 100 for the prepaid orders below INR 999 and also on cash on delivery orders.
2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 999 for prepaid orders.
3. Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days.
4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at hello@ijewels.co.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL-

1. Standard shipping rates are calculated as per the location and weight of items picked.
2. Any custom charges has to be borne by the customer
3. Our delivery partner is DHL & Aramex.
4. Orders are delivered within 10-12 working days.
5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at hello@ijewels.co.in within 2 hours of placing order.

DOMESTIC

Cancellation: Can be done before shipping. Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable. Request via: Cancellation Link.

Returns: Accepted within 3 days. Report damaged/missing items within 24 hours. Must be unused and in original packaging. No returns on Rakhi unless defective. Sale items cannot be returned. Request via: Return Link.

Offer Products: No exchanges. Only replacements for damaged or missing items.

Refunds: Processed after return inspection. COD refunds to bank.

INTERNATIONAL

Defective Products: Contact us with a photo for a refund/credit note.

Cancellation: Cannot be done after shipping.

Returns: Accepted within 15 days at your cost (no shipping refund).

Exchanges: Not available.
