INTERNATIONAL-

1. Standard shipping rates are calculated as per the location and weight of items picked.
2. Any custom charges has to be borne by the customer
3. Our delivery partner is DHL & Aramex.
4. Orders are delivered within 10-12 working days.

Returns: Accepted within 3 days. Report damaged/missing items within 24 hours. Must be unused and in original packaging. No returns on Rakhi unless defective. Sale items cannot be returned. Request via: Return Link.

Offer Products: No exchanges. Only replacements for damaged or missing items.

Refunds: Processed after return inspection. COD refunds to bank.

Defective Products: Contact us with a photo for a refund/credit note.
